About Natasha

Your host, Natasha Tau, learned that quality time spent in nature is imperative for holistic wellbeing.

After 16 years of the daily grind of corporate life, Natasha felt a strong desire for a life-altering change.

However, her corporate background helped her to realise that the feral frenzy of the business world sometimes requires the quiet of nature to rebalance and re-energise our psyche.

Natasha’s experiences made her recognise her need for rest. By taking valuable time to center herself, she opened up to creating more freedom and joy in her life.

The move to Katora Farm allowed her to not only fulfil her life-long farming dream but surprisingly, the healing energies of the surrounding hills and valley, mountains, forest, streams and animals restored her inner peace and serenity.

Not a small part in assisting this healing were Natasha’s Horses. Now, for the first time, she offers to share with the Rolling Valley Escapees.

So out of a desire to share this special place with you, Rolling Valley Escapes was born.

Natasha and her horses, Bella, Willow, Mississippi, Diego and Jimmy, all look forward to taking you on a tour of their beloved home and place of solace.
